The fully automatic plastic bottle filling machine adopts neck clamping technology in the process of filling and capping,it can avoid the bottle pouring and bottle fall, and improve the compatibility of the equipment to different capacity bottle size. The delivery method of bottle mouth clamping technology makes the positioning of bottle mouth more reliable, and the equipment filling and capping are more stable and fast. According to customer needs can be designed to Rinsing the bottle before filling for cleaning purpose. The filling machine adopts atmospheric pressure filling or micro-negative pressure filling (PET bottles are not suitable for vacuum filling, high negative pressure will make the bottle deformation), the filling liquid level range can be adjusted (±5 mm), the system system adopts pick-and-place technology, high qualifiedsealing rate; the whole machine adopts PLC control, with automatic feeding function, counting function, no bottle- no filling and capping function.
